I have been hearing stories of how business owners are having to lay off staff, and how managers are constantly fielding calls from their team who are concerned about their jobs. This morning I have created a group to be able to support these leaders through this time - by leaning on each other, and sharing our experiences. There is so much info for individuals, but what about our leaders? Who is supporting them? How do they know they are doing the right thing? Ho...w do they know if they are stepping into their own leadership? This group is designed to support each other, to share ideas/ knowledge/contacts so that we may all help one another through this tough time.
