A range of these are available at some local wineries such as Ross Hill and soon Cargo road wines have custom made batches using their wines as part of the production process available with tastings and to purchase at the cellar door. 18.01.2022 Dear Customers We are open as usual at this stage . Although some stock , especially fresh gluten and preservative free sausages have sold out we still have a great variety of charcuterie and snacks . As you may have noticed there is a shortage in meat at this stage but I will be in production the next two days and hope to once again be fully stocked by Thursday Stay safe everyone and we will see you soon

06.01.2022 After a gruelling time in production and some serious machinery breakdowns I am pleased to be back in Cured with a full selection of our products including Freshly smoked pork knuckles, smoked rum pepper and garlic sausage, hand cured bacon and hams, gluten preservative and grain free sausages & chipolattas , and also a new creation which is a ultra lean spice crusted Ham .
