02.01.2022 When I was little I made plays with my toys then with my classmates, then with my high school . I volunteered for youth charity events and skateboarding comps. Up until my 21st birthday I did all this, without being paid . I realised my love for it energised me. When I had to be ‘paid’ to live, I applied for Emirates Airline My already extensive hospitality and event experience made me one of the youngest in a very competitive market. There I learned to be extrem...ely patient, I learn diamond class customer service (they were always calling it something like that), a true love and respect for people of all cultures, and a chance to attend some of the most incredible events, concerts and theatre money could buy. From Brazil to New York, Hong Kong to London, if it was on I went to it. Money and time was all I had. I returned to my small Australian mountain home with European and American fashion imprinted in my mind. It turns out that no matter how great I thought I was, personal experience and half an Arts degree doesn’t get you much in the way of a career. I brought my insane talent to a pizza restaurant, a Helicopter tour company and finally the famous Dorset Gardens Hotel, you see my home town doesn’t have much in the way of diamond class service . But I loved it anyway, I loved it more than any trip I’d been on. It was home. I had however ruined my brain with my experience, as every show or event I went to I couldn’t help running through logistics and business and seeing all the mistakes they’d made and how I could do it better. I still do this and if I enjoy something it means it is VERY good. After I had my two babies I made a leap with the support of my husband, we took out a loan to buy my way into the industry. If no one would employ me, I’d do it myself! Over the past 4 years I’ve connected with the most incredible artists and creators and seen talent I could never dream of having myself. This I bring to you. The passion, the forever trying to be new and original and exciting.
