21.01.2022 Chris joined Curves Corrimal 16 years ago yesterday! At the age of 55, Chris was told she would need knee replacement surgery within 5 years. After 16 years and almost 3,700 workouts Chris still has not needed knee surgery! Congratulations Chris, it is inspiring to see you on the circuit everyday

The Forward Lunge can increase flexibility and lengthen the Hamstrings at the back of the thigh, and the Gastrocnemius and Soleus, which are the muscles of the calf. Stretch to the point of tension and hold. Hold each stretch for at least 15 seconds. Breathe deeply.
