25.01.2022 Comp / winch Truck 4wd conversion tunes, Custom Machine Works are offering Dyno developed tunes for N/A cable throttle LS1 -for only $350 this includes a used tested ECU, we can keep or remove O2 sensors, auto, manual standalone or even 4l80e, we can add shift light, and modify all fan controlling temps, let us know what your running, and we can configure it to suit. $350 includes postage and the ecu. We can also offer cam and Turbo tunes, but for the best results we strongly recommend that they are Dyno tunes on the car/truck.

24.01.2022 Machine is in place, and ready for a full CNC retrofit. Bit of a tight squeeze to get it in, but the lads from Websters transport did an amazing job. Loving the look of this thing, it tells a story of years of quality work. One of the best brakes you can buy, its a shame there no longer made like this. 21.01.2022 For those that shown interest in the tapping head video and to answer some question that have been asked, here is the same head working in CNC, so yes it works as CNC and here it is tapping through 19mm mild steel. 8mm 1.25mm thread tap.

Stock FG NA motor, with a simple Turbo conversion, stock turbo injectors, no drama no limp, no massive tuning costs just plug and play, we can supply this same ecu tuned ready to go for $450. 20.01.2022 FG Barra motor in a patrol (or what ever you like) , we can help. Here is one we recently helped a customer with. The previous tune had the security removed but thats about it, there was some hang up issues with surging and limiting. With our tune we can remove all need for speed input no limp no surge and increased midrange power. And we offer it mail order for turbo N/A or N/A to turbo converted conversions.... To be clear were only offering a tune service here, we dont offer conversions sorry.

19.01.2022 Custom Machine Works new workshop is slowly getting back up to operation, with CNC router work is still a while away. We can still do all your ecu tuning work, and laser cutting. Were working very hard on getting the ecoboost conversions ready for standalone using just the ecu (similar to what we do with the falcon Barra conversion) ... Very happy to announce we have just purchased a new Machine for the workshop, a 63 tonne 3meter bed Press Brake, this we will retrofit with the CNC operation. Watch this space. Delivery soon.

17.01.2022 Great to see some feedback from one of our valued customers. This Once was a NA motor, that Aaron has fitted all the Turbo gear too, and we have set up with our turbo 4wd FG Comp truck tune. Pretty impressive build, and driven very hard top build Aaron. Im sure the whole 4wd Park could hear the way you drive it! Have to be one of the best bang for buck engine conversions available!

17.01.2022 Just finished of the tune on Jeffs 55 Fairlane stock LS1 -S366 -4L80e, using one of our LS1 ecus low 7 psi boost, very safe tune almost a de-tune. Very Impressive combination cheap reliable horsepower.

Depending on success we will continue to post these every week. Owner: Lawrance Smith... Toyota 40 series. Combination: 5.7 single GTX42 turbo, turbo 400. We have worked with Lawrance before with his super impressive builds, in this case we set Lawrance up with injectors and a unlocked ECU mafless tune set up to to get him up and running. Absolutely awesome build.

We can modify your stock ecu to make this engine run the way it should, and remain completely tuneable. This should open up a lot of options for conversions here in Australia. 13.01.2022 Heres a little video I made some time ago now, to show how our tapping head works, expensive but awesome tool/ investment. We had a few brackets to Tap that were 25mm thick and fine thread, just shows how quickly and neatly threads can be tapped. (Excuse all the background noise I had 2 machines running at the same time).

12.01.2022 Aarons FG NA Barra still going strong. Turbo, E85, living life on the limiter, this combination has proven extremely strong and reliable. With some recent changes to improve idle control and the always asked for rev limiter type change its always a pleasure to get some more positive feedback to our ever improving race tunes.

10.01.2022 2 x LS1 comp trucks we Dyno tuned, running head to to head at Cuthu 4wd comp last night, was great to see, impressive trucks guys. 1 turbo LS patrol (with so much more potential) , and 1 fully custom LS1 N/A landcruiser.

08.01.2022 Just finished the tune on Jeff (Alltrims) 55 Fairlane, very simple build stock 5.7lt, BW 366 turbo, 4l80e. All controlled from a tuned LS1 ecu. With only 7psi boost, and a de-tune, very impressed with the output and drivability.

04.01.2022 FG Barra test engine, this particular set up is a FG NA motor running a flipped B series manifold and FG turbo intake, having this helps making conversions easier and testing of new functions possible. Testing ecus for piece of mind in your conversions all done in house.

02.01.2022 Turbo conversions running on standard Falcon PCMs (computers) we have been doing this for a while now, with heaps of experience in what will and wont work. This is one of our own test cars that started life as NA now with turbo, with only a 2bar map sensor added, there is no other modules or wiring changes that have been done just a simple tune with great results.
