21.01.2022 It's only my second Christmas in Tod so I'm not sure if this happens every year but I think this is amazing. Many people 'giving up' their Christmas Day to make sure that no one needs to be alone on what can be the loneliest day of the year for those without anyone to spend it with. Amazing gesture from the Unitarian Church & Golden Lion # Kindness

17.01.2022 We are looking to recruit another core member of staff to our newly opened shop. Our first month has been a great success and we’re now in a position to welcome... someone new. If you are an artist, jeweller, sculptor, photographer or anything else I haven’t listed please get in touch. You would need to be able to offer a day’s work per week please. We also have guest artists spaces available to rent a month at a time - perfect for testing your work without a huge commitment. Workshop space is also available to rent by the hour at competitive rates. We look forward to hearing from you! See more

07.01.2022 I've mentioned before about my connection to the 'There's MORe in TodMORden' campaign through Todconnect. Well I'm delighted to announce that we have just received our very first order of a 'There's MORe in TodMORden' mug! It's a great gift idea for proud TodMORdians everywhere. It's a good-sized mug for a proper Yorkshire sized brew!... 4.99 for one, 9 for 2, 12 for 3 or 15 for 4. We hope to have one or two local stockists soon but in the meantime please get in touch with me here or via the Todconnect page if you'd like to purchase one - or more. I also have some in the office (opposite Morrisons) if you're in town and you'd like to pick one up. Stocks are genuinely limited - to approx 150 - for this first batch.
