18.01.2022 A client's Serbian knife that was damaged in postage. I have put a proper bevelled edge on it and fixed the damage. Now this cuts better than new!

16.01.2022 Forgot to take a before picture of this knife prior to cleaning it up and restoring it. It was covered in rust and oxidisation. Hand sanded and polished to 4000 grit then put a new edge on it. This knife originates from sometime between 1888 and 1939 and was made by W. JNO Baker.

15.01.2022 What a busy, full on weekend. Spent it down at Kangaroo Valley for the KV craft beer and BBQ festival. I had a few of the BBQ comp teams impressed with my knives so they bought their knife rolls down to me so I could bring them back up in tip top shape. They were more than impressed!!

14.01.2022 What a day to be sharpening! It's a balmy 30 degrees here on the South Coast. Pretty excited to start the weekend with a few knives, including a beautiful Shun that's about to have its first sharpen to return that amazing edge back to new! Stay posted for finished results.

12.01.2022 Just finished a client's knives. After seeing how sharp these are I might need to get my kitchen knives done again.

11.01.2022 The F-dicks are razor sharp for a butchering job this afternoon and the machete is a work in progress. It will take some effort to get it back into shape but starting to look good already!

11.01.2022 When a chef's knife roll is full of blunt knives and they are in serious need of attention, I got a message to fix them. I sat in the shed today and got the 7 of them back to razor sharp! Was an absolute pleasure to play with shun knives again!

10.01.2022 A few more pens for sale! Postage starts from $4. A portion of profits will go towards buying pen kits to make pens for the troops (P4TT). This is a program where pen turners like myself make pens and they get sent overseas to deployed troops for Anzac day / Remembrance day. I made 30 for Anzac this year and we had a total exceeding 1800 pens.

07.01.2022 11 knives for a client today. Some old, some new, all needed much attention but they have all been restored!

05.01.2022 A friend bought these knives and within a week of using them the factory bevel was chipped and the knives were blunt. I worked on them today and they came up a treat. He should be one happy chef now!
