22.01.2022 Swipe for @joe.hoskins98 awesome transformation into this years @australian_bodybuilding_fed show. 16 weeks work. Joe has to be one of the least metabolically adaptive client I have worked with meaning his metabolism doesn’t adapt to the deficit therefore we were able to keep food relatively high. Juggling uni and work whilst preparing for his first season joe did very well.... Before photos were before Joe learnt to pose #cuttingedgeconditioning

21.01.2022 Legs today @ World Gym Castlereagh which was quads focused. Started with extensions and finished with hamstring curls (not filmed). First time barbell squatting in a fair while. Was lucky enough to have machine front squat and vertical leg press which in my opinion loads the quads like nothing else. In a moderate volume phase currently and will be starting a strength block in the coming weeks.... All compound exercises 2 working sets of 10-12 reps. Isolations, leg extensions and hamstring curl 3x20 reps. #cuttingedgeconditioning

15.01.2022 16 weeks work here with Brodie coming into his first ever show with the @australian_bodybuilding_fed. He came to me early which gave us time to do a building phase before dieting down (good boy brodie). We were able to build muscle and diet down in the one prep (how it should be). I still have spots open for those thinking of competing at up coming season B shows. 15.01.2022 Progress photos of Tara @viewsequestrian This is an off season to offseason difference meaning she is not in any kind of dieting phase. Tara has worked exceptionally hard with her training aswell as learning a much better understanding of correct and healthy nutrition. She has embraced the process as a positive lifestyle change and now has the knowledge to maintain a physique she has achieved. ... 12.01.2022 Client Spotlight - Taran Diamond @tarandiamond Taran has a no worries, can do attitude so he gets his food, cardio, training in whilst juggling a full time job in the raaf aswell as studying at uni. He finds 0 excuses which shows in his results. We’re all given 24 hours a day and Taran has proven its possible when prioritised. What we can control, is whether we stay above these hard times or whether we let it beat us, push us under and undo all our hard work that for us where we are today. 10.01.2022 Drawing inspiration from my best look almost 3 years ago now. If I’m honest ever since I was diagnosed with colitis (2018) and had to battle with skin and stomach issues I haven’t been anywhere near motivated to do what it takes to get to that level again on stage. Admittedly making excuses for myself and really limiting my own self belief. I’m so pumped that I am now getting the fire and motivation back that fuelled the best years of my life as well as having worked through ...and healed my colitis, knowing what I need to avoid. 09.01.2022 16 weeks between photos for @jessie__mt . We have done this the conservative and smart way as a quick deplete and rush by dropping calories will only result in a rebound to gain back what she may have lost aswell as some metabolic damage along the way (not smart). Making it a lot easier to manage when we come out of a deficit. Now she is closer to her goal she can relax a bit more throughout summer without the concern of a rebound. I stopped worrying about the number on the scale and focussed on the shape I wanted. To be ‘toned’ requires muscle not just losing weight. This means eating more to assist in muscle gain. The main thing I needed during this process was patience. . . . . There was a period of time where it seemed nothing was happening. There was a part of me that was scared of getting big, scared of getting bulky, but I knew I wanted to be toned, to be fit and to have shape. . . . . As daunting as it was at first to eat more and train heavy I started to fall in love with the way It made me feel. . . . 07.01.2022 Amazing progress from @blakemarshall1 over the past months. Blake’s calories are up to 5400 daily with only 10k steps @ a target of 130bpm, (low output). I’ve been working on his metabolism the past months which is why he has stayed lean if not leaner than the before photo as we aren’t rushing. With competing on the mind of Blake in the coming years. This is what needs to happen in an offseason as there is going to be little to no growth in a prep, all the improvements are made now. He is due for a dexa scan which we will get in the coming weeks to see how much and where we have added the muscle mass which will determine his changes in training. . 01.01.2022 I hope everyone is coping the best they can through this horrible pandemic. Myself along with the majority of my clients we have changed phases to dieting down during this time. We can all still progress in fat loss although unless you’re lifting the same amount (and more)of weight you would in the gym, it’s almost pointless to have your calories high to build muscle. Save that for when you can lift heavy at the gym. I’m only training 3 x weekly but doing an hour cardio eac...h day (approx 15k steps). Training more so for mental health during this time as it’s my escape and I’d lose the plot if I did absolutely nothing.
