11.01.2022 Hi Ladies, If anybody is free today we have our Christmas party at 1pm and I would love to have you come as my guest. We will be there setting up from 12pm, so come by and meet everybody and see what the CWA is about. Rhiana

09.01.2022 The Manjimup CWA will be running a raffle Friday in front of the Manjimup Newsagency. We are raffling a hamper full of gifts and goodies. We will also have membership information and CWA cookbooks, mugs and tea towels for sale. So pop down and grab a $2 ticket, support a great organisation and get a head start on your holiday shopping! Running until 4pm and drawn on the day.

07.01.2022 Manjimup CWA has made the decision to cancel the March meeting and lunch due to health and safety concerns and a recommendation from the state office. We will reassess next month if we need to cancel or change the April meeting format. Maureen will still be at the centre for afternoon tea on Fridays at 3pm and plans to continue to attend unless the situation worsens or she needs to self isolate. A few of our members are unable to attend, therefore Maureen would love to have s...ome company from anybody who feels safe doing so and is thinking about joining. Please keep in mind that some of our members are at a high risk from respiratory illnesses due to age and pre-existing conditions, so even if you aren't feeling any symptoms and/or haven't come into contact with any possible carriers keep to social distancing recommendations, including keeping 2m from each other. The Manjimup CWA Centre has been open as a place for women, families and the elderly to find community, friendship and support since 1934, and has lasted through global pandemics, financial crises and a World War. We care about our community and want to support people as much as we can during this time. We will keep the Rest Room facilities open as long as it is safe and responsible to do so.

07.01.2022 The CWA is running a raffle today with $2 tickets for sale in front of the Manjimup Newsagency. There are two prizes, both are hampers full of snacks and Christmas treats. Prizes donated by the Manjimup RSL. Here until 3, so pop down and grab a ticket. Raffle is drawn today.

06.01.2022 We are hosting an Art Show and Afternoon Tea. It’s the first solo show for Carol Hackett of @DchdesignsManjimup and @CuttingArtStudio. Saturday 31st October, 12pm-4pm. All welcome. Donation entry and there will be afternoon tea, art for sale, demonstrations and a raffle. Please let us know if you can make it so we can plan for catering and adhere to COVID requirements.
