23.01.2022 GRAND FINAL EVE Our usual club tradition on our Grand Final Eve is gathering as a club to congratulate and wish our grand finalists all the best of luck. This wasn’t able to happen this year however we were lucky enough to have some special guests from our CYMS Senior Club & CYMS Old Boys attend both the boys and girls last training sessions during the week and present them with their playing jerseys for this weekend’s grand finals. A massive thank you to Mandy, Daniel ...& Robbie from CYMS Seniors and Mark, Mick & Tony from CYMS Old Boys for taking the time to come down, have a chat with the players providing some words of inspiration, and present them with their playing jerseys - such a special moment for our players. Congratulations and good luck to all our teams - we are so proud of you all! Keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates as games progress over the weekend. For all of our players - play hard, play fair, play together as a team, and enjoy your grand final experience! #GTBG #Celebrating75Years

01.01.2022 2020 DALLY M MEDALLIST - JACK WIGHTON Our club sends congratulations to Jack on being the recipient of the 2020 NRL Dally M Medal. This is the highest honour at the highest level for a player in our great game - such a mighty achievement for Jack and one that we are mighty, mighty proud of! It just doesn’t get better than this! Jack has always remembered where he started here in Orange and always makes time to come back and support our local juniors when he has the oppo...rtunity. Jack played between both CYMS & Bloomfield clubs during his junior football years, his last year locally was as a member of our 2009 CYMS Under 16s team before he headed off to the Canberra Raiders the following year. And look at the greatness that has followed since then! Jack is such an inspiration to our Orange juniors currently coming through our ranks that a kid from Orange can achieve their dreams - this is becoming more and more evident with the large number of players from our region currently making names for themselves in the NRL. To our players: work hard, be dedicated to your game, listen to your coaches, and go chase your dreams! Just like Jack has! Congrats again Jack - so very well deserved #GTBG #Celebrating75Years
