24.01.2022 I really love making cakes, be it for a friend or just because. Shopping for Halloween decorations I came across this pennywise topper and couldn’t resist buying it...obviously then had to make a cake ...so it’s an orange cake with red through it, buttered popcorn icing with red food colouring scraped around, edible glass and red ganache (blood) along with pennywise topper. I donated this one to one of our local Cafés and hopefully it was enjoyed...if nothing else it looked good

22.01.2022 Macrons - failed so many times before this batch and these are just gorgeous...crunchy on the outside and chewy inside. Watch this space as I may or may not be making more but with some beautiful flavour fillings!!
