23.01.2022 Something a bit different: Alfresco sliding doors wouldn’t fit inside the openings because of the design of the frame structure. This was a job done by a different tradesman and had been asked to fix for them. We had to support full upper level weight load, pull the beams out and throw them away because they were to short, cut back studs, put new beams in and make sure both sliders aligned perfectly on the external side.

22.01.2022 We just finished this renovation today! From the previous builder it was not built right having blue board rendered finish for a roof. As you can see it has rotted away over time. We spoke with the owners and discussed what they wanted and also put a colourbond roof with a proper fascia gutter line for the water to flow some where. Same roof line just different from a carpenters view Cheers to the trades that helped with the process, much appreciated from Crafty.

20.01.2022 We have just competed this single low set unit! A bit different structure as we had to install the fire party wall. Stood frame, sheeted villa board in roof line, stood trusses, install insulation battens, wrap entire external side and sheet the whole wall with cladding. #Rothwell #sunburnt #sandskydevelopments

And I want to thank every builder, sub contractor, friends and family for helping and supporting us through till the end! Also a nice little 30mm cut around the gumtree !
