24.01.2022 Is optus and telstra that stupid they need to employ dumb ass technitions, Optus and telstra I hope you reading this because, you are what's wrong with this country you expect Australians to deal with stupid overseas call centres that can't understand english and yet the telecommunications obnusmen is snowed under with pissed off customers because what should only take a technician a couple of minutes takes days of frustration and the job not done correctly wtf, what does it take for you to grow half a brain and employ Australians that speak the aussie lingo shheeeesh, sorry for the rant but I'm sick of this political correctness horseshit

24.01.2022 The hp laptop become a major job, replacing the power jack replacing the power adaptor and also recommended the customer spend a little more to do a service, while it was apart, the customer informed me that she bought it from cash converters about 5ish years ago, I noticed that I upgraded this laptop about 8ish years ago with a solid state hard drive previous to her owning it , always nice to see my work last , makes my day, but very good idea to get it cleaned while apart www.repairmeplease.com.au

22.01.2022 I love the feedback from customers, makes my day upgraded customers laptop from windows 7 to windows 10, upgraded the hard drive to a solid state super dooper quick one, upgraded office, backed up all the customers data aswell, big job in the end, but now the laptop boots up in 10 seconds, love these ssd's and a happy happy customer, sweet :)

21.01.2022 Dear Ipswich Customers! 12 long years I have been servicing the Ipswich area, some of you may of may not know, I have been living at woody point for a year now, commuting to Ipswich when needed for work. I decided last year I needed a sea change, its nice to wake up near the water, go have a coffee, watch the waves, work out if I need to be in Ipswich or Redcliffe depending on work for the week, its come time that I need to keep moving forward so I need to close a chapter t...o open a new one, so I will be winding down my Ipswich business in the next month or two. 12 years is a long time to be in the same industry, and in the same area, so I hope I can maintain my good name with the move up to the sunshine coast, yes that's the next faze of my life, I am wanting a sea change up around the Mooloolaba area, so if you have family or friends up that way in a 20-30 km radius, I would be more than happy for you to pass on my details as the phone number and business will remain the same, and look after them as I have you, when I have moved. 02.01.2022 I love my job, but sometimes your computer cant be fixed, I will give you an example, if the computer has been cracked open by an inexperienced person that doesn't know jack shit and caused major damage, or maybe from the drinks you had the other night spilled all over the keys and shorting out the computer, these could be a few reasons why.. I try my hardest to diagnose it right, so i need you to be honest, giving me as much detail as possible when diagnosing your problem. I... will pick your brain about the problem before I come out just in case its not repairable to save your money or give you other options, but sometimes the faults are just unknown by the customer.. just a quick note, calling an experienced person with donkeys years experience to resolve a problem in the first place may just save your pc before it becomes a catastrophic plastic mess so try not to attempt to repair it because there is a better chance of maybe saving your pc www.repairmeplease.com.au See more

01.01.2022 I am temperately closing due to this virus, I have thought about it long and hard, but the bare facts are I am a chronic asthmatic and I cant afford to get this thing, so mobile repairs are out of the question for the time being, I probably cant even log in remotely to your computer because if something is not right I cant really come over to fix it, so with that in mind I have to think about my health, I'm sorry to all my customers, but once everything sorts it self out, I will be back bigger and better the ever, ready to fix any of your I.T needs, I hope you all understand, thanks, and good luck with your own battles fighting this virus, God bless you all
