21.01.2022 Our community and TAG street project is now finished. We had lots of fun doing it. Just got to rest over the weekend and she will be ready for all to see and use .

19.01.2022 Today the 2016 RACV Gold List of Australian accommodation was released and Dalrymples Guest Cottages received No. 1 Guest experience in the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges and Amelina Cottages came No. 3 and No. 10 in the whole of Australia. We are really proud of the acknowledgement we have received from our guest who have visited us and hope you come a visit us soon too. Marysville is looking like a queen at the moment with all her beautiful colours of Autumn showing. It is just stunning and a must to visit.

17.01.2022 We have just received another Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence 2016 for Dalrymples Guest Cottages in Marysville. We thank Shelly and Jane who with us make a great team who are passionate about our cottages and are rewarded by our guest compliments and reviews. The Certificate of Excellence is for consistent achievement of high ratings from Travellers. Well done girls.

16.01.2022 Wow, again look what we got in the mail. Now this for Amelina Cottages who also have made it to Star Rating 2018 Gold List for the best 10 self-contained cottages in Victoria. Whilst we as a team are chuffed to receive this award again, we really must congratulate the whole of Marysville and surrounds as the awards are also judged on overall guest experience of their stay, so without the support of the restaurants, cafes, shops, local attractions and the Marysville Visitor Information service now just opened MIRA - Marysville Information & Regional Artspace) our guest reviews once again demonstrate the quality of Marysville as a destination. Well done.....and keep up the good work as a friendly and helpful town.

11.01.2022 How nice is our new seat coming along, situated outside of Mira (Marysville Information and Regional Art Space. With the wonderful experience and guidance from Sioux Dollman (artist) who helped the locals in our community and from TAG (Triangle Art Group) to make this beautiful seat for all to enjoy. It was lots of hard work, sore bones but lots of fun too. It will need to sit for a while to dry and then we will mosaic it.

10.01.2022 RACV Star Rating have just announced today the Gold List of Australian accommodation showing the best self-catering accommodation in Australia and we were very happy to hear that Dalrymples Guest Cottages rated 2nd in the best overall guest experience in the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges. And Dalrymples Guest Cottage - 3rd in the gold list for the best accommodation in the State of Victoria.... We are really chuffed to have received the awards. And we thank our guest who have taken the time to give us such wonderful reviews. And to top it off Amelina Cottages were 6th in the Region and 9th in the state. Makes it all feel worth while. 06.01.2022 Yippiee........Dalrymples, we made it again this 3rd year in a row in the StarRatings Gold List for the best 10 accommodation in Australia, Victoria and Regional. Second in the Yarra Valley, 4th in Victoria and 8th in Australia and also our Amelina Cottages made the Gold List as well. Two yippiees..... 06.01.2022 Official re-opening of Dalrymples Guest Cottages 5 years ago today 20th May

05.01.2022 Today the 20th May, 2017 is our 5 year anniversary of the re- built and re-opened Dalrymples Guest Cottages after Black Saturday. It was such a great day celebrating with our family, friends and our community. The whole town came out to help celebrate, which was very special to us. We thank all our old returning guests, new ones we have just meet and all of you who have supported us along the way, we really appreciate it.
