25.01.2022 We replaced an old rotted fence with this simple yet Robust style picket fence with a solid 140 x 42mm capping. Perfect for resting your wine glass on while chatting to the neighbours. The post used were H4 Treated pine concreted in 600mm footings. Pickets used were treated pine. (LOSP) Timber supplied by North Shore Timber. Paint by client.

23.01.2022 This deck had seen better days. It was built quite close to the ground and with water run off and insufficient drainage, over time the bearers and joist couldn't dry out and wet rot had taken hold. We demolished the entire deck, excavated to allow airflow, set up the drainage to get the water run off away from under the deck, replaced all bearers, joists and deck using kiln dried Blackbutt. 22.01.2022 This Deck was designed in a way to make the tree, (which is slightly off centre in relation to the side boundary's) look like it was actually more in the middle of the yard. The two levels and the off set egg shape help create this illusion. The timber used to build this deck was supplied by the owner. It was recycled from an existing deck that was dismantled during a recent renovation. As the owner is very ECO minded, this was very important to him.

16.01.2022 We replaced the worn out old carpet and brought this apartment to life with this beautiful solid Bamboo floor.

14.01.2022 This is an original Phillip Cox House. The kitchen was destroyed by water. We had it re made exactly as it was with a few mod cons. i.e. LED lighting, soft close doors and drawers. The kitchen was fabricated by Warren & Jarod from Interiorworx. Monavale NSW. The entry, as you can see was old tiles covered by Lino. We took out the Lino, levelled the area and replaced with new Tallow wood decking. A re paint and new lighting. Giving the entry a nice warm feel. Decking by Barre...njoey Timber. Monavale. Paint by AJ and the boys from Local Bruch, Avalon. Lighting by Tovo. Electrics by Mark Staunton. Newport. The Cypress pine floors were sanded, stained Chocolate and coated with a heavy duty polyurethane finish. Floors by Oscar & Hilma. The finish of the Antique white (USA), the raw brick capping and the chocolate floors creates a great contrast. Yet still continuing with the warm flow from the entry. The rear garden was remodelled. Old concrete water tanks taken out, major pruning, new plants, drainage, fence and sandstone work and a nice low maintenance lawn. Landscaping. Landscapes by Linton. 08.01.2022 The owner of this Balmain apartment wanted to remove the worn carpet and give the place a lift. We chose this beautiful Brushbox timber flooring. It gives the apartment a nice warm feeling as you walk in. It also makes the place feel more open. Flooring supplied by SE Timber Floors.

03.01.2022 This original pergola was rotted out. We replaced it with premium look pergola. We used treated true pine for the clean smooth finish it has. Due to the size of this pergola (16m x 3m) and the fact that there was no solid end to fix into, all rafters and trimmers were housed into each other making for a much stronger structure that will last. 02.01.2022 This fence was dilapidated and had done its time. We demolished everything including pulling the post out clean. Replaced posts with hardwood. Rails were glued using 2 part epoxy glue and fixed with 316 stainless steel 12 gauge screws. Rails and pickets were treated (LOSP) true pine. Fixed with 316 stainless 10 gauge screws.
