25.01.2022 This is a longest holiday I ever had so far since I haven’t running coffee shop for over a year. Teach young people all the barista skills become my daily tasks very day . I actually loved my job at moments, but I also missing the time running like a head off chicken in my busy coffee shop ...busy but happy.... 21.01.2022 How is everyone, my friends ? It’s been a while, I haven’t updated the life of those days, mum and me are take a break as this toughest time around everywhere. Grandma GaGa stay home most of time look after her grandson. I am still working on the training of barista skills to young student in my little tiny training room in CBD. Life become much simple compared before busy cafe job, but we are both missed the old time when we serve coffee to your all . Hopefully we will see my good friends very soon with more exciting news. We set up a barista training room at CBD to provide different level of barista training courses to people who would like to learn the coffee skills for job or personal habits even a lot of home baristas. You might still see all my favourite baristas still work together as a team. Meanwhile, we will continue look for any opportunity back to front line of Brisbane speciality coffee ... Our training room is nearly finished all the equipment installed in the coming weeks, we love to share our happiness to your all and invited our friends come visit when official opening day. In the future, we still serve coffee in the morning then training in the afternoon.
