07.01.2022 Good morning everyone! Just your little reminder about our workout tomorrow at 1pm or 7:30pm. Last week I got to have a lovely chat with the evening class afterwards just to check in with everyone and make sure we are all doing ok....or that we are all surviving this lockdown. See you tomorrow to sweat a bit and get those heart rates up!

05.01.2022 With some of life going back to a bit of a routine next week with kinder/school drop offs and pick ups I was thinking that maybe we can drop down to just one evening class. I am happy to record the class and provide a link so you can do it whenever it suits you (as sometimes 7:30pm is not an ideal time to exercise). I'm hoping this is ok with you all and I am forever grateful for all your love, support and sweat (haha gross!) throughout our lockdown time because planning you...r class gave my week a purpose and real excitement. Thank you for joining in with me each week and I look forward to our LAST day time class this Thursday at 1pm and our 7:30pm evening class..........
