01.01.2022 Hi OSM Clients, We wanted to inform you of the steps we are currently taking (and always have) at the clinic to assist in the maintenance of a healthy and safe space to reduce and prevent COVID-19 Coronavirus. What we are doing:... Regularly cleaning the clinic rooms and rehab gym/ Pilates room. This includes wiping down all surfaces and equipment, door handles, benches etc. with a hospital grade cleaner. Disinfectant wipes are always available in our Pilates/Gym room and we encourage all clients to wipe down equipment after use. We do treat some at-risk populations and so we ask that if you have recently returned from ANY overseas travel, that you post-pone Physiotherapy for two weeks. What you can do: If you feel unwell, stay home and get advice from your GP. Thoroughly wash your hands upon arriving at the clinic; especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. Remember to scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. We have hand sanitizer provided throughout the clinic, including at reception when you enter. We recommend using this on arrival to your appointment. Avoid touching your mouth, nose and eyes. If you sneeze or cough, please do it into a tissue or your elbow. Please then wash your hands or use the hand sanitizer provided. Let’s all work together to stay healthy and make a safe environment for everyone.
