It’s been a while I know.... 2020 has been hard... for a lot of people.... for different reasons... but for some positive talk, I’d love to hear from you, what have you done this month to make you proud? ... Why? 1 in 4 young Australians is experiencing a mental health difficulty. But there’s an even bigger problem, because 70% of those who need help, don’t get it. And, suicide remains the leading cause of death of young Aussies. In 2018, 458 young people in Australia died by suicide.... Every dollar we raise will enable ReachOut to continue providing a vital service so that young people get the support they need. Last year alone, ReachOut was there for more than 3 million people, and it's estimated that ReachOut prevented more than 300 suicides. 18.01.2022 PSA! With mask wearing being mandatory still, I wanted to inform you that I will not be questioning anyone who does not wear a mask. There are lawful reasons to be exempted from wearing one and it’s none of my business as to why you may not. I myself have a lawful exemption and I do not wear a mask. ... I also recommend that you do not wear the mask during any physical activity.. this is the advice from DHHS. Have a great day and look forward to seeing some of you this week!!

17.01.2022 Back to virtual classes for 6 weeks. Not ideal. But better than nothing. It’s really important during lockdown to schedule in time for some kind of movement. 17.01.2022 Every trainer needs a trainer... well that’s my opinion anyway. I remember once a client was was surprised when I mentioned that I had a personal trainer. But I’m only human, I have days when I don’t want to workout, days when my motivation is lacking and days when I don’t have the metal capacity to put together a workout that will be beneficial and days where I need a kick up the backside and I know I can’t always do that for myself... I had quite a bit of weight to lose a...fter my second baby and even though I knew what I should be doing, there was more to learn and there was someone to be accountable to.... Every trainer needs a trainer!

13.01.2022 Christmas time already? Even with the year we have had, it has still come around so quickly! So class schedule for the next two weeks- Dancercise will still be running on Wednesday evenings ONLY. Thursday’s are on pause at the moment until I can get the numbers up! ... Ofcorse there is always a possibility that the class won’t go ahead if the numbers are very low... This Thursday will be the last BoxFit for the year with class resuming on the 7th... please contact me to book in for the new year. Group Fitness will only be taking a break on the 26th... 10.01.2022 I love me some new toys! I dabbled in some kick boxing for about 12 months (pre babies) and I absolutely loved it! Now it’s time to turn up the intensity for my clients Front kicks, side kicks, roundhouse kicks!!! Ohh I can’t wait!! Box Fit runs every Thursday evening at 6.30 in the great outdoors! ... 08.01.2022 No excuses! Nope! None! That’s my mindset this week! Keep going no matter what the week has in store for me!! I find if I can get my Monday right and do some exercise and eat well, then that rolls into the next day, and then the next and so on... it doesn’t always work out but I have a much better chance of having what I consider a successful week when my Monday starts right ... So what will your week look like? Do a Dancercise class? Book in for a group fitness class? Or maybe you would like to try a 1:1 or 2:1 PT session? Decide and make it happen!! Happy Monday

08.01.2022 Feeling very greatful to be able to continue my weight training online with @tf.body I felt myself falling off the rails mentally a little last week. This effects my physical activity and my diet... but I’m aware of it and working on it. I instructed a Dancercise class after my weight session and really worked up a sweat!! They have definitely helped me with my 15.4kg weight loss since Charlotte. Still have a little way to go though ...

05.01.2022 So we’ve been given the bad news. We saw it coming. It doesn’t put a smile on our faces but we got through it the first time and we will do it again. Dancercise will be on this evening and going forward classes will be conducted online. ... Details posted soon. Stay safe x

Dancercise is a combination of dance moves mixed with exercise moves to funky, uplifting music, a mix from the classics to modern songs This class will have you laughing, sweating, having fun and will definitely get the heart pumping and make you feel ALIVE! ... Workout your brain and body at the same time with choreography to keep you on your toes. It doesn’t matter if you think you have two left feet or no rhythm at all. This is a judgement free class designed to get you moving, having fun and burning calories all the once! Everyone welcome! No experience necessary! You do not need to know how to dance. What’s important is that you love music and love to move to it- whatever that means for you!! You can take it at your own pace and put as much or as little energy into it as you see fit.
