Agility, Balance & Coordination They all did well, especially after some tough boxing rounds on the bags, with some interesting drills to challenge their mind & physical abilities! ... Where the children learn: How to grow their fitness & confidence levels.... Build self esteem, confidence & team skills. Self defence & anti bullying tactics. As well as have fun, learn some new skills & make new friends! For ages 5-11yrs old’ Bookings are needed as spots are limited, so please get in contact via message for more info or to book in your child today.
