22.01.2022 Our thoughts are with the family and friends of Wayne Mundy who tragically passed away on Saturday, January 26. Wayne danced the first time we ran Dancing With Our Stars and sponsored dancers in each of the events in the following years. His support for the event, which was the first of its kind in the region was hugely appreciated with Wayne also being the first person to sign on. Thank you, Wayne.

Andrew and Maree bid for the chance to experience racing around Sandown at 240 kmph raising an additional $4,000 for the Five Star Project.

04.01.2022 In 2012 we opened Dancing With Our Stars with a dance performed by Five Star Project resident, Anita. Smolenaars and Chairman, Leo OBrien. As much as DWOS was an opportunity to fundraise for such an important community asset, it was also an opportunity to introduce the community to the residents and focus on what they were able to do. Seeing Anitas joy in the lead up to the event, her focus on learning her dance and her excitement as she had her hair and makeup done with ...the other dancers created the greatest amount of joy among the dancers. On Friday we were saddened by the news that Anita had passed away. Thank you Anita for playing such a major role in Dancing With Our Stars. Thank you for your support for all the dancers and thank you for simply being you. It was an honor to dance for you and to have you dance as part of our event.
