09.01.2022 Dangerously Fit 6 Week Challenge Week 1 = Cross Training We kicked off the 2016 Summer 6 Week Challenge on Saturday in Queens Park with a full body cross traini...ng workout followed by a body weight finisher. The red team won this week's team event taking a 1-0-0 lead against the blues and whites.
