Many landlords are unhappy with their current property managers and have the full intent to change agencies, but without realising how simple that process really is, they put the task off. Until their agent contacts them to let them know the tenants have decided to vacate the property and you've got 4-6 weeks (sometimes less) to find a new tenant.... Did you know?
