04.01.2022 I’m a bit late to the party but wanted to touch on the Full Moon in Taurus last weekend Taurus is such a beautiful sign, with it’s deep connection and fascination with nature. Taurus is one of the most steady and stable signs, being able to ground itself so well, however this can also be Taurus’ downfall as they can be stubborn and possessive of their material objects and money. This Blue Full Moon (super rare) was a great time to recognize what we have been holding on to ...too tightly, ask ourselves if we have been overindulgent, or not been active enough and lacking connection with the earth + nature I had a super fun Full Moon day, as it was also HALLOWEEN I dressed up as a 70s ‘hippie’, while having a picnic in the park and did oracle card readings for my friends. Nothing more Taurus-like than sitting in a park while indulging in delicious snacks and connecting to our spirituality

01.01.2022 Love is the highest vibration in my opinion. Love encapsulates all emotions, but it also can rise above any emotion. When we have wounds, whether they be from our inner child, relationships, education, upbringing and so on, they stay with us until we heal them. It’s our job to do that, but lately I’ve been practicing sending love to my inner wounds. I have started to notice every little emotion that comes up, ask where is it coming from and then send love to that part of me. ...Afterwards, I feel good. I can feel that abandoned part of me soaking in the love and beginning to feel acknowledged. I encourage you to try this next time an uncomfortable emotion comes up, or a painful memory and feel your body’s reaction to it.
