23.01.2022 Great work Haley Thava We have only been deadlifting for a few weeks. Today was an exercise in pushing past your self doubts and limitations. Haley thought he couldn’t even do 60kg and we ended up smashing 80kg. There is still lots of work to do in all areas for him (technique, diet and spending more time in the gym) but knowing when to push someone so they can prove themself wrong and set a new standard for themself is something I love doing as a coach!

It’s on the App Store and as an extension to google chrome Not my usual fitness related post but I feel it’s really important to get the word out about this! - Ecosia plants a tree (in some of the most ecologically damaged places on Earth) for every 45 searches you make through it. - It is an independently-owned company, has no shareholders and g...ives away all of its profits. It is one of the few social businesses to make a legally binding commitment ensuring that no profits can ever be taken out of the company. - They don’t sell your data to advertisers and have no third party trackers - They publish their monthly financial reports and tree planting receipts and spend 80% of their profits planting trees - They put the last 20% into staff wages and marketing so they can continue to grow bigger - They even planted trees in bushfire affected Australia No I’m not paid by them (wish I was) #ecosia
