21.01.2022 I have had a lot of calls asking about the truffle season dinners and lunches for this year. It has been hard to lock down dates with a new baby on the way. Dates for this years truffle season are 20th and the 21st of July a Saturday night dinner and a Sunday lunch. Limited seats available only 20 seats for the dinner and 20 seats for the lunch. Menu and event information to be released this Friday.

20.01.2022 Mixing the saffron and potato gnocchi dough getting things ready for Atlantic Group spring carnival. Can’t wait to see what they do with this pasta product. Love the smell of saffron, cheese and hot potato.

11.01.2022 Hello all you Pasta Lovers. As you may have noticed I have been a little quiet on the SM front. I was faced with some amazing challenges, some incredible moments and some difficult choices over the last 10 months. I needed to take time out from demos, masterclasses, events, media and now I’m back cooking/writing loving it. Today was my first pasta masterclass, Sunday lunch experience for sometime and it was so much fun. A great bunch of foodie and hospo lads filled the Past...a Classica shop.
