19.01.2022 Home made beef rissoles Ingredients: 3kg beef mince 4 whole onions diced 1 bulb of garlic minced ... 3tbs mixed herbs 3cups of bread crumbs or rice flour 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce 6 beaten eggs 3tbs of olive oil (only if using extra lean mince) Method: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and roll into balls or patties. Fry in a hot oiled pan until browned or bake or 20min at 180degrees

03.01.2022 Yeah but I prefer my 170g steak to be sitting in carbon dioxide, packaged in 50g of heavy plastic with stickers all over it. Also the little toys Coles and woolies give me like a prize/treat really cheer me up.
