20.01.2022 SOLD! It's great to see positive news coming out about the goverment's fight against COVID-19! It certainly has brought some uncertainty to the market but we're still getting consistent enquiry and are still selling. Serious buyers need to buy and serious sellers need to move! Keep up the great work Australia #realestatebrisbane #brisbanerealestate #raywhiteashgrove #socialdistancing

20.01.2022 COVID-19 is the topic on everyones lips at the moment and its understandable that during times such as these you may have many questions about how this is going to impact the local market and, in particularly, how it is going to affect your family home and any property investment you may have. Of course, people still need to buy, sell and rent in every market so you may be wondering how the real estate industry is navigating the current times to make these happen for people while still maximising the ROI for its customers. Whether you are contemplating making a real estate decision at the moment, or you are simply curious as to how this is all going to affect you and your family, please get in touch andI'll send you the free report.

20.01.2022 Dual-living as good as it gets! This stunning 5-bedder is just 200m from the Brighton/Sandgate foreshore #brightonqld #brisbaneproperty

19.01.2022 It was an honor to be in my (not so little) brother's bridal party this past weekend in stunning Dalby. Nothing beats a country wedding! #stephandsamsayido

18.01.2022 Real Estate has a reputation for being very transactional, but I personally love working with my clients and helping them navigate what could be a stressful experience. Thanks Roger and Trish for the kind words.

17.01.2022 My little mate picked GREEN as my lucky tie today #ashgrove #brisbaneproperty #ashgrove4060

16.01.2022 Transform an under-utilised hallway or nook in your home into a stylish home office and add instant value. Love the use of the custom joinery in this little space.

16.01.2022 Virtual inspections are the new norm. Pre-qualified buyers can be guided through the property by a video (live or pre-filmed). In fact, virtual inspections have been around for many years (theyre perfect for foreign and interstate buyers) and most buyers are familiar with them. Physical inspections are available to registered and pre-qualified buyers only, and are up to the discretion of the vendor.

16.01.2022 Must Sell at Auction or Before! This 6-Bedroom Dual-living home is simply spectacular. If you need a large home in perfect Ashgrove, 412 Waterworks Rd is a must see...

16.01.2022 Great news for people needing to buy and sell

14.01.2022 My little dude is 3 in May... where does the time go! It's been a while since we've been able to keep him still in a high chair. Always on the go, like his Dad!

14.01.2022 My fiancé is like the Grim Reaper of plants she doesn't mean to but most green things she tries to grow end up dying on her. But these things The Zanzibar Gems are bulletproof and seem to thrive on neglect, hardly any water and limited sunlight. Good option if you want to liven up rooms with some greenery, ready for open homes, but don't want the extra responsibility of keeping it alive. Needless to say we have a few at our place too... for good reason!

14.01.2022 Another great review from one of my vendors.

13.01.2022 Selling a home isn't always under positive, exciting circumstances. Most agents have their eyes on the sale, but the feedback I get from my clients is that I consider them personally when designing the campaign. I still get the great result that's my job, and I'm good at it but the whole process is so much easier when my clients' stress levels are as low as possible and they feel comfortable with every part of the process. And ultimately that's what matters. . . #raywhiteashgrove #raywhite #brisbaneproperty #ashgrove4060 #ashgrove #buyinbrisbane #sellingashgrove

12.01.2022 Northern Bayside dual living doesn't get much better than this! 47 Dickson Street is open again at 12pm today. 5 bed | 2 bath | 1 car | 467 m

11.01.2022 Another happy client. These kind words make the long days and hard work worth it. Thanks guys!

11.01.2022 Working rom home right now? One of the benefits is being able to design an office space that inspires and motivates you. A great way to do this is with plants. Here are our top 7 best home office plants... 1. Spider Plant (Chrolophytum comosum): This green and white striped plant can be planted in a hanging pot or set on a high shelf making it ideal for small spaces. It doesnt need a lot of sun and can survive with infrequent watering. 2. Snake Plant (Sansevieria trifasciata...): Similar to the spider plant, a snake plant is hearty enough to survive in many environments, or if their owner frequently forgets to water it. 3. Philodendron: This green lush plant comes in both vine and non-climbing varieties. Its ideal for the person who has never cared for a plant or doesnt have a green thumb as its extremely hearty. It likes bright, indirect sunlight, so its best in an office that has a window and natural light. 4. Peace Lily (Spathiphyllum): Peace lilies have pretty white flowers to add a little more flair to the office. If your office is low on natural light, the peace lily might be the plant for you as it likes shade. However, you dont want to let the soil dry out, so be sure to check if your plant needs water. 5. Boston Fern (Nephrolepis exaltata bostoniensis): A fern is a common home and office plant. However, it requires regular care. It doesnt survive well in excessive heat or dryness. They like humidity so youll want to check that the soil is moist and consider misting the leaves at least once a week. 6. Air Plants (Tillandsia): When it comes to simple care, few plants are easier than air plants, which dont need soil. Air plants can be displayed in a variety of ways such as on rocks or driftwood, in pretty glass jars, or wherever your creative mind can think of. Theyre small, making them ideal for offices that have limited space. 7. Chinese Evergreen (Aglaonema): The Chinese Evergreen offers a little more visual variety as its leaves are green with a reddish accent. It also thrives well in low light and little maintenance. Its a fairly hearty plant, although it doesnt like the cold, so keep your office above 55 degrees.

11.01.2022 How good are Sundays! #familyday #sundayfunday

11.01.2022 Hello March! How did that happen! Time flies when you're having fun. #raywhiteashgrove #raywhite #brisbaneproperty #ashgrove4060 #ashgrove #buyinbrisbane #sellingashgrove

10.01.2022 One thing Ive enjoyed as a parent is including my son in Anzac Day services and teaching him about all the people in his family that we remember on this day, as well as those we dont know who fought and died for our country. Unfortunately the little man slept through our candlelit driveway service this morning but he enjoyed trying on some uniforms yesterday and learning about our countrys service men and women of whom we are all so proud of. Our deepest respect. Lest we forget.

10.01.2022 If your clutter feeds your creativity during #iso #workfromhome, you don't have to get rid of it, you just need to conceal it smartly. Same rules apply when you are presenting your home for sale. Declutter. Hide everyday office papers and books that are stacked up on the shelves, invest in some functional storage solutions.

10.01.2022 Zero new cases. Great stuff QLD!

10.01.2022 My little best mate turned three yesterday! Time sure flies. We love you Ollie

10.01.2022 We took mum to her first ever concert this week. Elton was brilliant...

05.01.2022 Something to lighten the mood on hump day.

04.01.2022 The banks are still lending; they have access to a $90 billion stimulus package from the RBA and the interest rates have never been lower and we have been told they will be staying low for a very long time. Buyers are still taking massive action, despite the challenges we're all facing right now.

03.01.2022 Once in a while the ultimate family haven becomes available. This 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 3 car home is the ultimate entertainer! Fresh to the market, the first open inspections to be held this week on Wednesday 3rd June 5:30 - 6pm and Saturday 6th June 1pm - 1:45pm Amy MacDonald 0433 312 170

03.01.2022 With all the social distancing being implemented at the moment, it's encouraging to know that we dont need to meet in person for a successful negotiation. I already use the gold standard paperless system, DocuSign for our contracts, so all offers are presented digitally and all contracts are signed digitally by all parties. Even before the COVID-19 pandemic challenges, I've found it to be convenient and efficient in speeding up negotiations. The only real difference right now is that I unfortunately cant shake yours and the buyers hands once the deal is made!

03.01.2022 With our great Queensland weather of late, how good is a backyard pool?
