12.01.2022 Lot's of Gen Y's and older Gen Z's are emerging from our universities with either one, two or more degrees - and a mind-blowing amount of HECS debt - it's surprising to realise then that there are many of them not actually working in their area of education. So how as an Aussie society are we getting a return on that investment. Given these young peeps will be paying it off like a mortgage for what must feel like FOREVER - it's a conversation we need to have. For many Mille...nnials and Post Millennials how do they then break through into that area they so passionately spent years studying? So while they are trying to navigate into a role that is in their area of passion or education, how about we think about our own #assumptions and #stereotypes and really have a bit of #belief that they are #hardworkers and want to do and be their #best. It's all about the #powerofpositivethinking and the momentum created when we #rolemodel positive behaviour.
