25.01.2022 Spring DUFF League starts Monday 14th October! Ultimate is a non-contact, self-refereed, mixed gender team sport and its lots of fun. It involves running and jumping and catching and throwing. Its great exercise, so be prepared to work up a sweat. DUFF League is the best place to start learning to play Ultimate. In this league, you join as an individual player and we will put you in a team. Your team will have experienced players who will help you learn and develop your ski...lls. This will be through short drills before the game each week or through feedback between points. Location: Moore Park Fields, near Sydney Boys High School.
