05.01.2022 What does Michael Schumacher and I have in common ??? We both suffered severe traumatic brain injury that has had massive impacts on our lives and left us in a coma, our lives will never be the same as we new it. TBI / Brain Injury doesn’t discriminate as it can happen to any one and no two brain injuries are the same just like no two recoveries can be the same. 02.01.2022 Been reading about the health benefits of using regular Infrared Sauna Therapy and today I gave it a go for the first time sitting in a small timber sauna at about 50 degrees for about 30 mins, good sweat and felt good after. Always looking for something to assist with my health and well-being and also to help with my ongoing TBI recovery.
