It is time to show off those talents and enter the Children's Artwork Exhibition as part of Celebrating National Children's Week! ... National Children's Week is an annual event celebrated in Australia held around the fourth Wednesday in October. A diverse range of events and activities are organised in Darwin. City of Darwin is proud to host events and activities for our local children showcasing their abilities and talents. The Artwork Exhibitions will be displayed in the four City of Darwin Libraries between Saturday 24 October to Sunday 29 November 2020. All artwork from individuals or groups are welcome from drawing, painting, printing, collage, sculpture, ceramic, photography and digital art! The possibilities are endless! This exhibition is a great opportunity for children to display their unique creative expression to the community. Art in all kinds of mediums encourage children to create, self-express, develop imagination, build self-esteem and confidence.
