13.01.2022 Got a mail from weather guru Rebekah about a weather course thought people might be interested I'd like to advertise a free online course, Learn About Weather,... that is running in August. https://www.futurelearn.com/courses/learn-about-weather It's been developed by one of my colleagues at the Met Office in partnership with the University of Exeter and the Royal Meteorological Society. The first run of the course happened last September and they had 11,000 participants and some very good reviews. It's estimated to take three hours a week for four weeks and is probably well worth the time investment.
