We are pleased to report we improved on the previous year and Darwin Corporate Park has achieved a NABERS rating of 5.5 Stars. 14.01.2022 AMAZING effort and GENEROSITY from Jared and the team at Aus Voltage Electrical for their contribution to our Foodbank NT Christmas Hamper Food Drive. They answered the call in the only way they know how and donated a van load of items. For Trent, their 18yo apprentice, it was his first shopping trip and all the items were carefully selected based on what he thought families would need, want and enjoy this Christmas. Thanks, guys!

10.01.2022 Our Foodbank NT Christmas Hamper Drive together with Jaytex Construction brought out something quite spectacular from the businesses who got involved. 916KGS of food was collected on the night eclipsing our previous effort at 814.8KG. It was a special treat to have Foodbank tell us that the items they were very low on were covered in the items donated. To the businesses who donated on the night, you have made quite an impact for some people on Christmas Day. Music by Ange Coles

06.01.2022 Access Hardware are a nationwide architectural door hardware & security solution supplier as well as being licensed locksmiths. The new facility built in Berrim...ah will be used by the company as their new national standard with plans to upgrade all other state locations. Jaytex Construction worked closely with the client to design and construct the premises to suit their needs including specific requirements for a state of the art security & access system, complete with internal and external cameras, motion sensors, alarms and door controls. We installed specialised door hardware imported from the US by the client to showcase some the product range available from Access Hardware. The building comprises a showroom with polished concrete floor and a custom built-in joinery, a back of house office space, a technical workshop and separate keyroom both with additional sound-proofing to the walls and ceilings and a massive dual entry warehouse. Located on a prominent corner block, the front façade painted in Access Hardware’s signature colours is a real entrance statement to the Berrimah Industrial Estate. Design: Concept Designs

04.01.2022 The Northern Territory Government’s new field services building at the Berrimah Farm Science Precinct is now complete. This kicks off a multi-staged program of ...works for the Department of Primary Industry and Resources that will be the most modern agricultural science precinct in northern Australia. The field services building consists of a laboratory wing and an administration wing. The laboratory wing will house livestock and plant research and includes a post-harvest lab with a complex drying room with two large ovens to dry plant samples. These facilities will create an epicentre of excellence in Northern Australia for agricultural research, diagnostics and pest and disease surveillance. Built using a variety of modern materials and finishes, the building features high windows to maximise natural light and runs off a chilled water air conditioning system. The building also features extensive data infrastructure connected to existing building optic fibre with civil works including the construction of a new car park and resurfacing of the existing road. Jaytex collaborated on many areas of this complex building to ensure practicality, process and functionality for the end users and all stakeholders. We are thrilled with the result and proud to have contributed to the development of a modern, innovative and technologically advanced facility for agricultural science, research and development essential to northern Australia.
