24.01.2022 Will be sharing some photos of this great little cottage renovation over the week. How amazing are these 53 year old Jarrah Floor boards we found hidden under some 70s carpet. Punched and filled nail holes, drum and disc sanded to 400 grit and then finished with satin sealant. Thoroughly enjoyed bringing these character boards back to life!

14.01.2022 Little cottage renovation still continues!.... Now we have the bathroom to showcase! This full bathroom renovation has had everything replaced except for the overhead cabinet. Lots happened in this little space as it was stripped back to nothing and started again. New toilet, shower, vanity and tapware. As well as some grab rails installed. Floor to ceiling tiles with a feature tile (done by us). Sadly the boss didn't take a before photo - we only have a photo of the room st...ripped with the old shower bath to compare. But the after photo is pretty great showcasing how a little space can be well managed. Looks fab!

14.01.2022 Little cottage renovation continued... Revamp to the kitchen keeping the original cupboards and sink, giving them a fresh coat of paint and some new hardware. New overhead cabinets and built in range-hood added. New bench top and tiled splash back. Fresh paint and architraves. All done by us!! You may also note the floor in the kitchen is sheet vinyl (not jarrah as per clients req). Update to white neutral tones has made a small space feel very roomy!

11.01.2022 You cant see it all here but this little renovation has included an updated bathroom, bedroom, activity room and laundry area with new windows to allow the light. (And the see the great new deck!) Exterior cladding and nice new large Patio area created for this family to enjoy. Pine decking and balustrade still to be painted. But Im sure you can agree it looks great!

11.01.2022 The final finishes of the Little Cottage Reno! Apologies for the delay in sharing the final stages. Our little lady has been unwell for a few weeks Here we have the finished laundry with a new laundry cabinet and tap ware. New window and door that leads out to the new outdoor area. Updated the concrete floor to sheet vinyl. ... This is a completely new outdoor area. Before there was just some concrete paths to the a grass area. This area now has an enclosed section with a window for those rainy Albany days and a ramp to the grass/garden area. The external of the outdoor area is cladded and painted. The decking is pine that has been painted in hard wearing paving paint for grip and low maintenance upkeep. All south west facing windows were replaced also. To finish off we have the updated entrance area with the addition of a new pine decking ramp with the same hard wearing paving paint for grip and low maintenance was applied. This also has small extension across from of the property for side gate access. Created a nice entrance from the driveway to the front door. What a great project to be a part off!

06.01.2022 Who said you can’t make Pine look like Jarrah...? Well my wife did, and I would like to think I proved her wrong! In all honesty how great does this Pine Deck look. Stained to appear like Jarrah Decking. Same great look for a fraction of the price! We love a good deck

05.01.2022 We love a Bathroom Renovation! The whole bathroom was stripped and asbestos removed. Everything was replaced except the vanity which was reused. New shower (removing the old shower/bath), addition of nib wall partition that doubled as shelf in the shower but also separation to the addition of a toilet. New tapware, towel rails and hooks, door and tall cabinet. Fresh paint and tiling completed by us.... Before and after photos below. We have also added an album (titled "Bathroom Renovation") to showcase this makeover with details on each picture if you would like to see more! A fantastic result for the clients, don't you agree it looks great!
