20.01.2022 I would like to thank you all who have visited the clinic since its opening in September. As we aimed for planting 888 trees. This has thankfully been achieved. ( sorry for updating late as I kept my self busy with other things.) Today we have donated to plant 1300 in total. This is well exceeded the first aim. Firstly, thank you very much, everyone, who has been visiting our clinic Darwin Remedial Massage Regeneration for your recovery and maintenance of the body. It has been my pleasure to see your improvements through our treatments. This temporal closure is regulated by prevention of Covid-19 Coronavirus. It is related to my residential visa application and internati...onal travelling history which has been done to lodge the visa application. My new residential visa application had to be lodged within a specified period from outside of Australia. This is why I had been to Bali to quickly lodge a new visa, had a short Balinese massage course and flew back to Darwin. It is not the best time to go overseas but sometimes we need to take a challenge to achieve something greater. Providing ongoing treatment to my clients or whoever needs in the long term is my top priority as a therapist, so residing in Darwin is. I have been there only for 3 days and just landed back this morning. I am feeling relaxed refreshed and strong, so please do not worry about me. I am going to home isolate myself for 14 days, to take care of the body extra cautiously, boost the immune system, meditate, read and study. 09.01.2022 The count down is on to re open the gym Saturday 16th we will opening the doors of Ludus House MMA once again. We are holding 2 classes 40 minutes each at 6pm... & 7pm. Maximum of 15 students per class total as social distancing will apply. Classes will be solo bjj conditioning in the gi, please bring your own water bottle and wear shoes to enter the premises. The restriction from NT Gov is actually lifted last week , however, we decided to wait one more week to see the situation with community transmission would. 02.01.2022 When comes to regeneration, there are few key points. Sometimes these can be things that you are currently doing or not doing. Here is what I mean. For example if you have a severe shoulder tension- sitting long hours in office chair with improper setting (doing ), not doing enough stretching and exercise your therapist given. These are pretty much recipes for prolonged tension. If you want or improve you may want to use stand up desk ( just example), or balance ball, or mo...ve your body time to time to generate blood circulation.
