Weve got our very own Dashville Skyline 2019 happening on the October long weekend, from FRIDAY, OCT 4 to SUNDAY, OCT 6.... However, Tim McGraw is headlining Hope Estate on the Friday night - and were allowing McGraw lovers to book a campsite at Dashville despite the festival. The return shuttle bus to and from Hope Estate will also be available. And who knows? 24.01.2022 For those heading to SOLD OUT - Red Hot Summer Tour 2020 - Hunter Valley or any other up and coming concert, Hunter Tent Stay provides a pretty ideal scenario for anyone with a caravan, camper, tent or swag. We still have plenty of availability both Fri and Sat night, for around $50 a night. Each night you stay we include a cooked breakfast the next morning. We also run a bar and kitchen for lunch and late night snacks, taking out the hassle of needing to bring all that co...oking gear along. Two-person and four-person tent hire available, but otherwise it is a byo camping gear set up. You can also purchase a $25 bus ticket, which will take you direct from Dashville to the concert and back. 03.01.2022 BUS TIMETABLE INFO FOR GRAPEVINE GATHERING AND A DAY ON THE GREEN THIS WEEKEND We have emailed this information to all email addresses attached to bookings. But to save you from digging, heres the shuttle bus departure info for this Saturday from Dashville. DEPARTURES FROM DASHVILLE... Grapevine Gathering bus times (gates open midday) 11.45am 1pm 2pm 3pm 4pm 5pm A Day on the Green bus times 1pm 2pm 3pm 4pm RETURN BUSES Grapevine Gathering return buses are at 8pm, 9pm and then FINAL BUS DEPARTS 15 minutes after the show has ended. A Day on the Green buses depart 15 minutes after the show has finished, but can also do an earlier 8pm run should demand necessitate it. CHECK IN / CAMPGROUND - Check-in closes at 10pm on Friday night and re-opens at 8.30am on Saturday morning. The campground is open for arrival from 2pm Friday. Due to a conference taking place on the Dashville grounds, the arena (including The Swoop Inn) will not be open until 5pm on Friday. The bar will be open from 6pm. Upon arrival, please take a park and check in at the main gate. Here we will process all tent hires, powered sites etc, and direct you to the designated camp area. Camping is generally first come first served, with plenty of space so youre able to select a spot wherever you like. Powered sites are the only defined camping locations.
