24.01.2022 Covid19 trade school... Tom has sent in his progress and is about to dive into the practical assessment. Bit unsure if its mechanically related or not but it is Friday!!

22.01.2022 With light drought affected crops this year, the balers arent stuffing one to one to the plunger strokes which is wearing the vfs zeroing bush excessively its time for the HDP11 to trial the bearing. its looks the goods!! Also in the video it shows the feed rake disengaging the vfs trip very smoothly which if the brake is too loose it bounces causing the stuffing process to go out of time causing premature failures!! Or if its too tight the vfs wont disengage the vfs stuffing process.

21.01.2022 Thats looks expensive. Ive seen a few planetary gears fail over the years! because of mainly two reasons. 1. Oil change/check overdue 2. Wheel bearings need adjusting. Give us a call if your worried about the wheel bearings and planetary gears on your tractor before seeding. Or jack up your tractor and check for movement/check/change oils!!

19.01.2022 As Tom and I wrap up this header inspection on a case 8120 I look up and think to myself I better not leave that spanner there. I pick it up and to the realisation its my 18mm ratchet spanner that I lost last year sometime bought this spanner when I was 15 pretty chuffed to get it back!!! And really amazed it sat there for the whole harvest!!! Sometimes you get lucky!!
