15.01.2022 Why as an empath I find the word protection disempowering. The word protection can cause us to feel like the world we live in is unsafe. Let’s be real..as empaths we can use all the protection we want. We are still going to pick up people’s shit because this is our gift!... This is why we are here, and what makes us such good healers and listeners. By mastering our gift we become empowered. If we live in the reality where we need protection, of course we are going to feel overwhelmed and burdened by our sensitivity. So how do we master our gift? By taking care of our energy. Learning and implementing good spiritual hygiene! Daily, if we really want to see results. Building our connection to spirit, to self and most of all ~ remembering to ground to Mama Earth.

14.01.2022 Sometimes I forget the magnitude of this work. When I started it was about aligning chakras and clearing peoples aura’s. To think how deep this work has taken me..clearing ancestral grief and trauma that could have been carried for centuries. To co-create this kind of healing with clients and witness them make peace with family members who had previously been estranged. ... Maybe this is why the universe has sent me a praying mantis to look after. They teach us stillness, reflection and peace. So this morning I pause and reflect on how far I have come on my journey. With so much gratitude for the creator and my soul clients, who continue to amaze me everyday.
