22.01.2022 Our 3/4A class hosted whole school assembly on Friday via google meet. They did a brilliant job of sharing their remote learning work. One of our students shared her favourite quote from Saint Mary of the Cross. I cant help but think how this quote is so relevant for us Victorians right now!

22.01.2022 There is something so special about the St Margaret Marys community. From the Prep class of 1981 alone, weve had 6 pupils return as parents and a little shy quiet kid return as the DP. That kid isnt as little, shy or quiet anymore but some things dont change and thats the community feel at our little school that keeps people returning for more!!

12.01.2022 SMM SPOONSVILLE 3015 has arrived!! Our kids are busily creating their Spoony people to build our SMM SPOONSVILLE Community. Some Spoony people have already been dropped off at school awaiting their citizenship acceptance ceremony (aka our teachers to plant them ) All Spoony people are generously accepted so if you want to be part of the biggest Spoonsville Westside, drop in your Spoony!!!

12.01.2022 On Wednesdays we concentrate on our Wellbeing. Children choose from a range of exercises, art, music or Spanish activities. The kids get to pick from a grid of activities. They certainly enjoy the activities and love sharing with their teachers which ones they chose to do. (And it gives our working parents a break from the 3Rs lessons )

05.01.2022 We had the complete cast of Scooby- Do join our SMM Spoonsville community as well as some bright new members this week. Weve now got some wooden spoons at school for those who couldnt get hold of them at the shops. Everyone is welcomed to pop into school to grab a few to decorate, (during office hours) they are sitting in the box outside the front office.
