20.01.2022 Wohoooo at 20kg PB for Katrina Sawyer-Allen today. What a fantastic way to top of whats already been an amazing year for her. Today she hit a 70kg High Bar Squat which is over body weight for her. This supermums just starting to see her potential and with every goal and scary challenge ticked off her confidence grows to set the bar higher.... 2016 come at us.
