23.01.2022 One day you’re excited that the bike you’ve been waiting 2.5 months for, has finally arrived... the next you’re trying to beg people in the street to take it off your hands This wasn’t even a big session, but it still got me 5 rounds 1:1 15 cal bike 15m sandbag carry (only 60kg cause I need to throw the bag around a little more to fit some extra sand in) Straight into 5 rounds 1:1 ... 10cal bike 15m front carry It was obviously supposed to be |10x15, 15| but i couldn’t hold a decent pace on the bike so I dropped Cals and pushed harder for the 10... in other words, I had a cry and made up my own rules cause it’s my house and my bike #probsneedatrainingpartner #timetogetbackintoit #rogueechobike #againfastersandbag #crossfitathome #talkaboutlacticacid See more

I spoke from my own experience of struggle in 2020, along with my anxiety riddled life before 2017 to help people understand the foundation to building Resilience. Many will say exercise, meditation and self...-compassion are all helpful, but what if you just don’t feel like you can make yourself participate in these incredibly valuable things? What can you do? Through Small Steps 4 Hannah her family are doing what they can to ensure this never happens again to anyone else.
