24.01.2022 Ice on my car this morning creating some cool abstracts after the coldest start to winter so far this year. It was so thick in some spots. The coloured images are from the windscreen.

23.01.2022 Its hard to tell from this image but some of this bamboo is 4-5" in diamiter and very very tall. Kyoto is quite famous for its masive bamboo forests.

18.01.2022 A few weeks back I drew a picture, got a little nostalgic and went back to my roots and started playing with wood to make some shelves for a spot in our family room. For those that don’t know, wood working is in my blood. My dad was an old school joiner cabinetmaker and i basically grew up playing in the sawdust piles in dads workshop. 16.01.2022 Took some time out on the weekend. Jumped on the bike and headed to the coast, hence the beach image. Yesterday looked like there was going to be some pretty dark clouds rolling in, but not too much happened, here's a couple from that drive. A couple in both B&W & colour, as I couldn't decide what I prefered. So please help me out, of the 2 that are both, which do you prefer??

We're going to be sharing more like this from now on and to be honest, I'm really looking forward to sharing more of the day to day running of a modern photography studio, more on location, what happens between taking the image and you seeing it for the first time. It's hard to think that something so beautiful can come from (dead trees)the sheer destruction of the fires that were on new years and the following days. 04.01.2022 For years wanted to go to Mallacoota, to check it out. I had driven past the turnoff a dozen or more times taking to coast road to Wollongong to see my family. But since the fires on NY’s and the days after, I’ve been wanting to get there to do my little bit stay a couple of nights (with the empty esky as the promo went). What beautiful little place it is we filmed and photographed there for a day and loved every minute. Hope to get back there one day soon.

03.01.2022 I knew it was going to be a tight fit, I measured it 3 times, and the last time I thought I’m just going to make it a millimeter or 2 smaller... as it’s turns out that was the difference. 02.01.2022 The last few months I've seen flocks of these birds flying over our place and so your probably thinking "so what"... We get a lot of Cockatoos, Corellas, lorikeets and they are so dam noisy. But these guys are silent, so quiet you can hear the wind in their feathers and for the most part they are just gliding, not one bird in this image is flapping its wings.
