24.01.2022 I make Cannabis Coconut Oil medicine as it is the only known medicine that reduces my daughters Life threatening seizures and helps with pain m...anagement (which Doctors have confirmed for 3 years) I have been trying to get a prescription for a legal medicine for my daughter for over 12 months now and keep being blocked by QLD Health Chief Health Officer JEANETTE YOUNG, like many other parents in the state and this unethical interference and influence by the state is currently under investigation by the QLD Chief Ombudsman and CCC. I have made this video in the interest of public safety - I get so many messages off people desperate for help unable to get the medicine their loved one needs. It’s literally a matter of life and death for many. For those who have made the decision to use cannabis medicine and may not be able to get a consistent supply or are unsure of the quality/contents of what they are getting on the unregulated black market, this video provides an honest account of how I make it and what it contains. Prior to having a magic butter machine I used a slow cooker, first grinding the cannabis into almost a powder and then after 24 hours on low heat, I strained the contents while still warm using a new clean chux cloth or coffee percolator filter and then poured into containers (I place mine in boiled water for a minute to ensure they are clean) and seal and keep in the fridge. This medicine specifically I use to treat Kaitlyn’s pain instead of the powerful cocktail of opiates she was prescribed that were suppressing her breathing, making seizures worse and taking all quality of life from her. This medicine is NOT what stops her seizures. There are some very genuine, professional and ethical compassionate healers in Australia, like Tony Bower from Mullawys who makes the miracle tincture that DOES prevent Kaitlyn’s seizures and sometimes stops them There are however some people who are not ethical and are taking advantage of the people’s desperation to get medicine, being dishonest about how it is made, not providing consistent supply or threatening to cut off supply and who’s interests are in the power and glory, not the compassion and certainly not the person. Being trusted by people when they are vulnerable and in crisis is a privileged not an opportunity - for those healers who are selflessly helping others, you have my utmost respect and gratitude. For those who are not doing the right thing - my video just gave your customers another option... and I hope that annoys you. **Important note: I acknowledge that having cannabis is still illegal in Australia and ask others to be mindful of this and the risk it may pose to them. I believe I am adhering to section S285 of the Qld criminal code and make and administrator this medicine to save my child’s life. Duty of person who has care of child (1) It is the duty of every person who has care of a child under 16 years to (a) provide the necessaries of life for the child; and (b) take the precautions that are reasonable in all the circumstances to avoid danger to the child’s life, health or safety; and (c) take the action that is reasonable in all the circumstances to remove the child from any such danger; and he or she is held to have caused any consequences that result to the life and health of the child because of any omission to perform that duty, whether the child is helpless or not. #kaitlynslifematters

16.01.2022 Good evening Friends Happy Monday Being a Wildlife Carer in the main, rescuing Sick and Injured Native Fauna, can be a most rewarding occ...upation, raising Infant Marsupials and our many Feathered Juvenile Friends to maturity, is a constant daily task and you never know what may be next when the phone rings . . . . However, this morning's early call, while I was feeding a few of the residents made me sit up and listen ! . . . . . . . . . . . . A Snake had entered a ' Rearing Avery ' housing many Budgerigars together with several Fledglings but unfortunately eight of the juveniles had been devoured. On arrival at the property and with cautious investigation, I discovered the offending culprit hiding in a Nesting Box. The Eight Foot ' Brown ' had obviously been enjoying himself as the Property Owner confirmed eight of his Wife's Fledglings had been taken. In conclusion, the intruder was captured and removed from the property and transported to Mountainous Bushland with a running creek, where he was released. Hopefully with the winter months approaching these situations will cease as our wriggling Friends go into Hibernation. Stay Safe. . . . . . . . . . . . Locky

14.01.2022 Good morning Friends Happy Friday After a few years of building various Wildlife recovery Box's and Cages using only the concrete sullage Tank as a work bench, I thought it was about time to build myself a workshop that would make life a little easier Although far from completed, as additional extras such as shelving wall mounted container and storage box's, for various screws/nails nuts and bolts etc a TV Radio and small drink fridge, things are starting to co...me together slowly. . . . . In conclusion I should however like to mention a couple of Friends who kindly donated to ' Locky's Sanctuary ' the electrical equipment and timber that I have installed, namely Shane More and Adam Cullan, without there generosity I would not have achieved this far THANK YOU Hopefully I shall complete this project in the early New Year. This is ' Harry ' a ... ' Bush Mountain Possum ' that I released some eighteen months ago when he was mature enough to fend for himself. He actually has found a girlfriend that is rather shy and only visits occasionally but ' Harry ' knows which side of the bread is buttered, so to speak, and loves his visits which makes it more Pleasurable after many months of caring in his upbringing prior to his release into the surrounding Mountain Bush Land.
