25.01.2022 Lovely group of Jags at the Classics.

23.01.2022 At Bunting Park, Calliope, we welcomed some new members today - Reen and Russell Ostwald as well as Steve Westerman (who's partner Lisa Reid has also joined but was not with us today). In addition, Dean Lonnee, who is about to join JDCQ, brought his supercharged cat for a run. BE SURE to check out the drone pics in comments - thank you Dan Williams

23.01.2022 Welcoming recent JDCQ members, Jackie and Jon Minards. It’s wonderful to share a passion for the Jaguar marque with you both.

20.01.2022 Let’s see if we can have a Jaguar win this competition - definitely the best

19.01.2022 Superb sunny CQ Winter day, natural settings, crafted drinks... how does it get any better than this? Tondoon Botanic Gardens followed by Gecko Valley Winery for lunch in good company under colourful umbrellas. Lovely relaxed July run.

18.01.2022 Capricornia Register is fortunate to have numerous members who have tremendous enthusiasm for and dedication to their Jaguar driving lives. On this end-of-year celebratory weekend, the long-term contributions of two of these members were formally acknowledged. Gerry Ross, who attended the inaugural Capricornia Register meeting, 28 years ago, and has served as secretary for twelve years was awarded his merit badge. Congratulations and gratitude to you Gerry. We know you’ll no...w enjoy your role as meritorious ordinary member - rest assured, we will never see you as ‘ordinary’ Last night, Marie Smallcombe was overwhelmed to learn that she is the 2020 recipient of the Danielle Herald Award. This is a State-wide perpetual trophy for female members. Marie, and her husband Frank, who deserves a special mention and gratitude for his equivalent support of the Register, have been members of JDCQ for thirty eight years and Capricornia since it started. The couple performed the role of secretary for some years prior to accepting the role of social secretary in 2013 which they capably perform to this day. This award is for women who encapsulate the spirit of a young, vibrant and enthusiastic Danielle Herald who sadly died as a young adult having been a member throughout her childhood. Marie, your youthful enthusiasm and service to the Register is greatly appreciated and valued Congratulations!
