20.01.2022 Fact the majority of my clients are female. 59% of my client’s portfolios have a female as the primary decision maker. Whilst gender makes no difference to me especially for the advice I give and the service I offer, on this measure, my client base is predominantly female. The times of males making all financial decisions for the family are typically dated for families now. In a world where women can be equally strong in the workforce, as men can be equally strong in the ...household I am not surprised that more females take the lead on their finances. Women, from stay at home mothers to those in full-time employment, undertake an exceptional level of time management and decision making in their daily lives, juggling all the requirements in our society’s increasingly busy lifestyles. I find these attributes continue into the running of their finances, which greatly assists my role as their Financial Adviser. My clients often want me to take the pressure off them by guiding them with their finances, while they continue to play the lead role in decisions relating to their portfolios. 18.01.2022 Estates. It is an unfortunate part of life that people pass away. My own father passed away in 2009, which really highlighted to me the difficulty of grieving a loss whilst still trying to sort out someone you love’s financial affairs. Whilst it is a sad moment in my life, it did allow me to make a positive impact on the way I see and work on Estates for my clients. It encouraged me to send clearer instructions in writing to clients on the available options for finalising sha...res in an estate be it selling for proceeds, or transferring shares to the beneficiaries. As a Financial Adviser, my goal is to make things as easy as possible and allow clients the time to receive the requirements and process at their own speed. 18.01.2022 The band. My website is www.daviddall.com.au, but whilst I may appear to be a one man band taking to the centre stage, I in fact have a support act, Shaw and Partners.
