21.01.2022 I dont normally train calves as I run a lot and dont really feel the need. However, today I decided to hit my leg day on the roof and thought I would share a cool leg workout that will get your calves quads and glutes firing. The key is to drive yourself into the foam roller and keep your heels raised. Give it a go and let me know how you do.

18.01.2022 Todays chest workout. I have started adding in a bit more core work for a more aesthetic look. I have a stong core but there is room for improvement. Viable abs require a low % of body fat and currently I am enjoying drinking mead far too much. Guess I need to reassess mybl goals or make some compromises. 13.01.2022 Playing around with my new @x3_bar As a personal trainer its important for me that my clients can hit their goals. With outside training being the new normal I have noticed that a lot of training in parks is based around fat loss or HIIT. This is not to say that other these workouts are not effective, but if the clients goal is to gain muscle then they need to be doing resistance style training. I decided to make an investment in my clients and myself and add this new toy to my arsenal. So if you want to deadlift 300 lbs but you are uncomfortable going back to the gym then come and train with me.
