24.01.2022 #teamwork Today I had the pleasure of calling the first auction for a new team and their chic new brand. It was a chance to roll up the sleeves and really pitch in. I called the auction, input the Gavl bids and negotiated with buyers and sellers....it’s so satisfying knowing that you’ve done all you can collectively to achieve a best possible outcome!

20.01.2022 Solid weekend of auctions with this last one of the afternoon to wrap it up with the good people at @eldersrealestate.com.au There’s nothing better than ditching the tie, donning the RM’s and rolling up the sleeves to get a 45 minute negotiation over the line after a 30 year tenure on the beautiful waterfront of the Clarence River. We started outside and the rain forced us inside but a sale under the hammer at $1.34M kept the spirits high!!

18.01.2022 There are some really interesting results out there currently....this one took me by surprise. In addition, many opinions regarding the short term property market are conflicting but auctions remain an effective market barometer.

01.01.2022 It's no secret that I'm not a great supporter of the 'off market sales' process. I believe that best results are achieved with a net, cast widely to create competition, enforce social proof and ultimately expose the property to the largest audience possible.
