Today Marty and Paul completed their first aid training at Results First Aid Training, a local Wyndham based company still operating safely in Stage 4.

11.01.2022 From work experience kid, to Apprentice and now Qualified Plumber. Aaron has been with us for his entire plumbing journey thus far and we are really proud of that. He is becoming a top quality plumber, has been a PFIA finalist, worked in maintenance, drainage, roofing and high specification new builds and has kept his work ute clean and dent free...well, clean anyway. Congratulations Az, were sorry we had to postpone todays celebrations but we cant wait for a big team catchup in the near future.

01.01.2022 Meet our team It feels strange to welcome James as a new staff member as he isnt exactly brand new. James came to us in early January as an extra pair of hands and was offered a we might have 3 days for you kind of casual contract. Cat flipped her lid at Dave for taking on a team member without following her recruitment process. But she was glad he gave James a chance (dont tell him she said that) as he turned out to be pretty special, and after extending that 3 days... to 6 months, James is now a permanent member of our team. James became fascinated by plumbing after a stint of work experience, and also has three other family members who are also plumbers, including our very own plumber Tim (are we nepotists? Yeah probably!). The Collingwood supporter would love to travel anywhere except Victoria at the moment (Im hearing ya...) and dreams of visiting the USA. He loves anything fast especially cars and motorbikes and is aware that our utes have been specially modified to stick to any speed limit. James is a kind soul, who would love to be a key role in the company one day. His yes attitude, positivity and commitment to anything team related earned him his permanent role with us and we cant wait to see James continue to grow.

01.01.2022 Meet our team! Adding to the brood always gives us a reason to smile, and well take any reason to smile at the moment! Were really proud to announce Martin Marty McNally as our new addition to the team. Marty is our new Plumbing Supervisor and comes with an enormous wealth of experience. Marty was inspired to be a plumber so he could help people which he believes is rewarding in itself. This bonnie lad was born in Scotland however was raised in the African bush. Hes a v...agabond at heart, and has lived in many different parts of the world and absolutely adores travelling, especially off the beaten track to experience the real culture of a place. The Springbok fan loves camping and fishing with his family and having BBQs (or would that be braai?) with his mates. Marty has worked on a plethora of major plumbing and hydraulic projects across the World, including many notable commercial projects in London (such as Canary Wharf Tower and the Corinthia Hotel) where he and our Director Dave first met over a decade ago. We are firm believers in everything happens for a reason at DMP, and we feel they were destined to work together back then for something greater than just sharing a pint and kebab on a Friday night.
