18.01.2022 Dear valued customer, We would like to share with you our on-going efforts to manage the way we are currently dealing with the various impacts of the Coronaviru...s (COVID-19) to our business of LPG delivery. No impact on LPG deliveries Our depot in Tocumwal NSW (border of NSW & Victoria) is running our usual service delivering to homes and businesses on a predetermined schedule or by request, depending on customer needs. Our tankers and the cylinder exchange truck is operational. At this point we do not expect any delays to their services. Actions we have taken to mitigate potential impacts to our business and customers We have implemented a full range of workplace health steps in line with Government guidelines and we will monitor and maintain currency against these as they evolve from time to time. With regards to our drivers, when they deliver to your home or business we ask that you do not approach them. You can give them a wave . If you are visiting the depot we ask that you respect the social distance guidelines. Any changes to your business If you are planning any changes to your operating model under the current circumstances including temporarily closing or limiting operations, please let us know at the earliest opportunity by calling 03 5874 2246 so that we can adjust your delivery schedule accordingly. 02.01.2022 How many of you have a gas heater??? Do you get it serviced regularly?? All types of gas heaters should be serviced a minimum of every two years by a licenced gasfitter and tested for carbon monoxide spillage.
